What you learn is based on the primary skills employers want to see in the dealers they hire AND what players like to see in the dealers they interact with and tip on the casino floor.

Jesse Lauer, Owner of PCI Dealer School in Las Vegas, has dealt and supervised table games at various casinos in Las Vegas. Starting in 1997 he was at the Gold Coast for two years, Golden Nugget for two years, Treasure Island for two years, then opened the Palms casino resort in 2001 and remained there until 2014 when he took over PCI from his father Joel.

PCI has implemented a 'month-month' Program, that will enable you to learn as many games as you can possibly learn, (graduation is determined by the Instructor), for as low as $400.00/month. For every month you decide to continue, the $199.00 registration fee will apply, but is applied to your monthly payment.
